As a Senior Software Engineer at MNTN, you'll design and operate backend systems for ad delivery, ensuring high performance and reliability. You'll work with Java, Kotlin, and Scala to handle high-throughput services and contribute to architectural decisions while improving system efficiency.

Manage DOT and FMCSA compliance for drivers and fleet operations, conduct audits and investigations, administer drug screens and licensing/medical renewals, deliver training, maintain safety management systems, and manage permits and compliance reporting.

Leads the organization’s human resources function, overseeing HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, training, performance management, organizational development, safety initiatives, and HR staff. Partners with executive leadership on workforce planning, engagement, retention, succession planning, policies, budgets, and strategic initiatives. Ensures employment-law compliance, manages HRIS processes and metrics, supports investigations, and maintains confidentiality.

Support Sales & Catering operations by managing lead distribution, daily and weekly reports, group bookings, rooming lists, BEOs, meeting materials, gift certificates, and coordination with front office and departments.

Support full employee lifecycle: administer bi-weekly payroll, manage benefits and leave programs (FMLA), maintain HRIS and records, recruit and onboard, ensure compliance, assist with audits and reporting, foster engagement, and improve HR processes.

Support the Director of Business Development with event and sponsorship coordination, CRM data hygiene, inbound lead handling, BD/marketing coordination, and administrative support to build relationships and generate pipeline for the Salt Lake City market.

Lead deployments for health system partners, align Pharos’s AI platform with clinical workflows, resolve operational and technical challenges, measure impact on efficiency and patient safety, and build lasting relationships with hospital staff. Serve as the bridge between clinical users, product, and engineering teams while driving adoption, feedback, and measurable partner outcomes in an early-stage healthcare AI startup.

Perform first-level failure analysis on returned servers/workstations: visual mechanical inspection, component-level troubleshooting and repairs, use test equipment, analyze root causes, document and report findings, communicate with clients and international teams, and support lab assembly/disassembly and process qualification.

Manage and implement cybersecurity controls and standards across automotive manufacturing facilities. Support vulnerability and incident management, coordinate cybersecurity initiatives, communicate requirements across plant teams, report status to corporate stakeholders, and share best practices between facilities. The role requires full-time onsite work, travel between facilities, and occasional off-shift support during non-production periods.
