Develop and execute strategic account plans across UK healthcare accounts to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Build relationships with clinical, procurement, operational, and executive stakeholders; identify and progress sales opportunities; support tenders and contract implementation; and collaborate with commercial, clinical, and technical teams. Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and CRM records while working extensively in the field across the assigned territory.

Own inbound leads from qualification through close, expand product usage within existing accounts, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Partner with Marketing, Field Sales, and Channel teams on campaigns, outreach sequences, webinars, account research, and trial coordination. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and competitive intelligence while supporting retention and customer experience. The role serves research and life-science customers and requires understanding of DNA sequencing technologies.
