The Technical Support Engineer will support customers using proprietary products, respond to inquiries, manage cases, and collaborate with Quality Assurance and Development teams.

Manages weekly and bi-weekly payroll for more than 1,000 employees while maintaining Paycom and HRIS data, records, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, reporting, and performance documentation. Supports recruiting through job postings, applicant screening, sourcing, interview coordination, and applicant tracking. Provides day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers, assists with employee relations and field operations, and supports HR initiatives across multiple retail locations and states.

Monitor and manage daily performance across multiple 3PL partners using KPIs, dashboards, and reports; investigate and resolve operational issues; analyze large datasets to identify trends and improvements; build and maintain dashboards and SOPs; communicate findings to stakeholders; identify automation opportunities and support peak-period execution.

Records financial transactions and supports monthly close, account reconciliations, fixed assets, journal entries, cash receipts, tax filings, management reporting, financial analysis, audits, and process improvements for the company and its subsidiaries.

Administers employee benefits, leave programs, and related records; supports employees with benefits questions; ensures compliance with ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and other regulations; coordinates vendors, communications, open enrollment, and education sessions; audits benefits billing and invoices for accuracy.

Create polished, on-brand visual content for websites, presentations, display ads, social media, podcasts, events, and campaigns. Design logos, websites, landing pages, and branded assets with strong typography, UX structure, and conversion-focused layouts. Collaborate with creative, content, and client teams, manage multiple deadlines, contribute ideas, and use AI tools to accelerate ideation and production. Bonus work includes illustration, motion graphics, animation, and brand development.

Manages the County’s GIS operations, enterprise GIS environment, geospatial data standards, databases, services, web applications, dashboards, and spatial analysis. Coordinates GIS projects across departments and external partners, supports NG911 addressing and data compliance, develops Python scripts and web tools, and provides technical leadership, training, and helpdesk assistance. The role also contributes to strategic GIS planning and regional and state coordination.

The Support Engineer resolves technical issues, manages customer inquiries, delivers software upgrades, and maintains service level agreements. They provide exceptional customer service and improve internal processes.
