Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, VOC translation, gate reviews, launch readiness, KPI tracking, and cross-functional team alignment. Mentor junior PMs and use generative AI tools responsibly for communication and analysis. Promote safety and complete commercialization tasks.

Coordinate post-repossession workflows including transportation, redemption, key services, title and release documentation. Communicate with agents, lenders, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure SLA compliance, process invoicing and reconciliations, maintain records in company systems, and support regulatory and client requirements while identifying process improvements.

Support penetration testing engagements by maintaining scanning infrastructure and test devices, running and validating vulnerability scans, provisioning tools, coordinating client kickoffs and pre-scans, verifying scope and access, and keeping documentation and asset inventories current. Blend light technical tasks with client-facing coordination and project-tracking to ensure engagements run on schedule and within scope.

Support CAS platforms (LogicGate, Onit, NetDocuments) by migrating manual processes into structured workflows. Elicit and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Drive system enhancements, configuration, testing/UAT, issue resolution, and small-project delivery. Partner with legal, risk, compliance, product and engineering to improve controls, data integrity and operational efficiency.

Develop and maintain dealer and customer relationships across Southern Minnesota to drive sales of windows and doors. Qualify prospects, deliver product demonstrations, perform plan takeoffs and cost estimates, manage CRM data, negotiate pricing and terms, attend trade shows, and meet sales targets while frequently traveling within the assigned territory.

Coordinate order fulfillment across sales, customer success, planning and logistics. Maintain order records, shipments, invoices, communicate status, manage 3PL daily, generate reports, and drive process improvements for complex hardware and turnkey manufacturer supply chains.

Design and implement ML and predictive analytics solutions on multi-INT datasets. Retrieve, merge, and analyze structured and unstructured data, build AI/ML tools, and produce visual and written analytic products for defense customers. Support database administration, data engineering, and deliverables in a classified, mission-driven environment.
