Manage lifecycle of advanced advertising products for TelevisaUnivision digital platforms. Partner with sales, agencies, and engineering to define ad-tech strategies, gather client feedback, write product requirements and user stories, coordinate QA/UAT and launches, support ad tech vendors, and maintain product roadmaps and sales enablement materials to deliver scalable streaming advertising solutions.

Oversee daily operations of a single tax office: manage staff scheduling and performance, ensure compliance and return accuracy, deliver excellent client service, run local marketing, and report operational metrics.

Design and develop electrical test hardware, fixtures, cable harnesses, and PCBs; create and validate automated and manual electrical tests; troubleshoot hardware, communications, and system-level issues; develop integrated systems using fieldbus and Ethernet protocols; produce wiring diagrams, documentation, and participate in design reviews and product validation for space-flight avionics and power systems.

Manages site-level accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, check runs, accrual support, customer billing, cash application, collections support, sales tax compliance, and vendor and customer communications. Ensures accurate financial records, timely payments and invoicing, discrepancy resolution, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements while coordinating with project and corporate accounting teams.

The role involves building data infrastructure for ML models, managing petabytes of camera data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance model quality.

Supervise and coordinate outside/event parking operations, traffic control, signage, cashier vaults and cash handling. Manage staffing, equipment, permits, vendor/subcontractor coordination, inventories and financial reconciliations. Liaise with police and event management, enforce policies, operate vehicles and heavy equipment, and work irregular hours including nights and weekends.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Dean’s Office, including scheduling, records, communications, meeting and event coordination, shared-space management, research, data organization, reports, presentations, and stakeholder coordination. The role supports special projects and strategic initiatives while gaining professional experience as a graduate student.

Manage and execute fundraising events (golf tournament and gala) to meet a $450,000+ income goal. Recruit, steward, and retain honorary chairs, committee members, sponsors, and donors; coordinate marketing, budgets, logistics, and sponsorship fulfillment; analyze event performance and support territory fundraising activities.

Administer and optimize large-scale Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments supporting corporate and healthcare production platforms. Manage user, service, and privileged accounts; design and govern Group Policy; support hybrid identity with Entra Connect; troubleshoot authentication, replication, DNS, LDAP, Kerberos, and GPO issues; implement MFA and Conditional Access; automate administration with PowerShell; and provide incident response, on-call support, documentation, and identity governance.

Partner with faculty to design, develop, and improve online and hybrid courses in Canvas using instructional design principles, evaluate course effectiveness, train faculty, and recommend improvements based on analytics and feedback.
