Lead and grow the ecommerce engineering organization, own delivery and modernization of commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, headless/composable), ensure reliability, security, performance, and operational excellence, drive cross-functional partnerships, vendor management, and adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices.

Provide Tier 1-2 in-person and remote IT support, build and deploy workstations, manage Microsoft 365/Intune/AD/Entra ID, troubleshoot networking and endpoints, maintain asset inventory, support hybrid workforce and credit card hardware, and apply cybersecurity best practices.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and manage day-to-day office operations at the Ann Arbor HQ. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel coordination, meeting and board logistics, expense reporting, vendor and facilities coordination, preparing presentations and materials, handling confidential information, and partnering cross-functionally to support events and special projects.

Lead enterprise strategy, modernization, and operational excellence for SAP Finance and HCM platforms. Drive Oracle HCM implementation, cloud migrations, automation, GenAI/analytics adoption, integrations, governance, and SOX/SOC compliance. Partner with Finance and HR, manage vendors and budgets, lead delivery teams, and oversee change management, adoption, and talent development.

Manage sprinkler and integrated systems projects from scheduling through closeout. Coordinate with sales, design, subcontractors and GC; handle RFIs, change orders, purchasing, safety compliance, and budget monitoring to meet deadlines and increase profit.
