Manage all firm accounting and financial operations including QuickBooks maintenance, AR/AP, reconciliations, payroll, tax filings, reports, budgets, commissions, and owner distributions. Support HR by administering benefits, maintaining employee files and PTO. Lead paid acquisition and growth efforts to improve LTV:CAC, scale high-quality inbound pipeline, optimize creative and funnel conversion, strengthen measurement and attribution, and partner cross-functionally to drive profitable growth for a creator-focused SaaS product.

Lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and FP&A for a business unit. Drive financial strategy, capital allocation, modeling, M&A support, reporting, KPI definition, systems improvements, and lead a high-performing FP&A team to enable cross-functional decision-making.

Provide legal counsel and support to the company on matters related to real estate development, contracts, compliance, and corporate transactions.
