Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for Army long-range fires and weapon systems. Handle load quoting, carrier vetting, load activation/coverage, frequent shipment tracking updates, close accessorial requests, and proactively communicate with customers. Maintain NTG service knowledge and meet rapid-response and scheduling requirements.

Lead and scale an Account Management team responsible for renewals, expansion, and account health across high-value SaaS customers. Build team structure and KPIs, coach AMs on expansion and negotiation, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps, and own customer outcomes including satisfaction and commercial success.
