Lead product- and system-level V&V for high-performance multimedia hardware. Develop test strategies, execute formal validation (video/audio/interoperability/environmental), automate tests with Python, troubleshoot complex hardware/firmware/software/FPGA issues, support RMAs and regulatory compliance, mentor junior engineers, and produce technical test documentation to enable product releases.

Oversee vessel, facility, and terminal maintenance; schedule and prioritize preventative and corrective work; perform quality control and inspections; manage contractors and communications with leadership; collaborate with operations to diagnose issues and optimize maintenance plans; deliver performance reports to WETA.

Own month-end close, financial reporting, AP, cash management, and compliance. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, audit support, and accounting policies. Improve processes, implement/optimize systems, manage procurement policy, and support treasury and ad-hoc technical accounting projects in a high-growth fintech environment.

Serve as the front desk ambassador: manage reception workflow, handle phones and mail, support senior leaders and offices, coordinate picture day and student IDs, order and distribute supplies, maintain and update master calendar, assist with payments, campus emergencies, events, and miscellaneous administrative projects during a maternity-leave substitute assignment.

Own and maintain the integrated finite-element model for a deployed antenna assembly, perform modal, static, and dynamic structural analyses, allocate structural requirements to subsystems, lead model-test correlation and V&V, support deployment dynamics and test predictions, assess structural risks and anomalies, and track structural analysis error budgets and margin consumption.

Support the Controller with accounts payable, billing, invoicing, reconciliations, credit card and expense processing, recordkeeping, reporting, and general administrative office duties. Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and customers, and assist with accounting documentation and after-hours calls as needed.

Lead footwear, apparel and accessories sales across a designated US territory/channel. Set sales goals and forecasts, manage and develop sales reps, partner with retail marketing on in-store and grassroots programs, execute seasonal sell-in plans, attend trade shows, provide competitive field feedback, and support sales leadership on special initiatives. Frequent travel and in-office collaboration required.
