Lead partner marketing planning and activation across AWS and partners: onboard and ready partners for co-sell, develop target account lists and campaigns, enable assets and playbooks, coordinate joint outreach and events, drive qualified leads into the co-sell process, and provide a single point of coordination to scale repeatable partner marketing execution.

Lead RFQ/RFP and proposal operations from strategy through submission; develop and execute company-wide marketing strategy; maintain brand standards, website content, and digital presence; run campaigns, PR, award submissions, and vendor relationships; coordinate cross-functional contributors and track marketing and proposal performance to recommend improvements.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for guest-facing digital ordering, loyalty, mobile, delivery integrations, and internal store tools. Welcomes and engages members, builds relationships, conducts onboarding and wellness consultations, promotes membership and retention, runs outreach and tours, supports safe fitness center use, delivers health education initiatives, processes memberships/payments, and upholds YMCA policies and values.

Lead HR strategy and operations: develop policies, manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, handle employee relations and compliance, design performance, compensation, benefits, and development programs, and report HR metrics to senior management.

Lead and execute capital and non-capital manufacturing projects: design and develop equipment/processes, introduce new products, improve tooling, reduce costs, troubleshoot production, perform FMEAs, and manage supplier/material qualification.

Provide member support for payment platforms and process ACH, wire transfers, mobile deposits, bill pay, check returns, and reconciliations. Complete accounting entries to balance the general ledger, follow OFAC and compliance requirements, investigate payment exceptions and potential fraud, and support recordkeeping and special projects.

Perform FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, profitability and break-even analyses, financial modeling, data extraction/cleaning from ERP/CRM/BI systems, dashboarding, automated reporting, and ad hoc executive analyses to support decision-making and value creation.

Answer inbound phone and online inquiries, identify customer needs, qualify and generate sales leads, book showroom appointments, update CRM notes, complete assigned outbound calls, cross-train on internet and phone prospecting, stay product-informed, and support the BDC team while following company policies.

Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise wired/wireless network infrastructure supporting voice, video, and data. Monitor performance, resolve connectivity issues, participate in on-call rotation, collaborate with campus teams and vendors, and contribute to automation and cybersecurity initiatives.
