区域销售策略制定与执行
- 根据公司全国销售战略,制定并执行所辖区域的销售计划,达成销售目标与市场份额增长。
- 分析区域市场动态、客户需求与竞争格局,制定差异化销售策略。
大客户与重点项目管理
- 负责区域内重点医院、战略型医院客户的开发与维护,推动大单项目落地。
- 协调资源支持新建医院、重点科室建设等项目,提升客户粘性与满意度。
产品与解决方案推广
- 深入理解公司超声产品组合与临床应用场景,结合客户需求制定个性化解决方案。
- 推动跨Segment产品整合,提升方案匹配度与客户价值感知。
销售团队管理与赋能
- 管理并激励区域销售团队,设定目标、跟踪绩效、推动团队成长。
- 组织销售培训与经验分享,提升团队专业能力与执行力。
跨部门协作与资源整合
- 与市场、产品、服务等部门紧密协作,确保项目顺利推进与客户满意。
- 反馈市场信息与客户需求,支持产品优化与策略调整。
任职资格:
- 本科及以上学历,医学、市场、管理类相关专业优先。
- 5年以上医疗设备销售经验,具备超声产品销售背景者优先。
- 熟悉医院采购流程与项目管理,有大客户或新建医院项目经验。
- 具备良好的市场分析能力与销售策略制定能力。
- 具备团队管理经验,能激励团队达成目标并持续成长。
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力与跨部门协作意识。
- 承压力强,具备强烈的客户导向与结果导向。

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medicine, marketing, or management
- 5+ years of experience in medical equipment sales
- Experience with ultrasound product sales preferred
- Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and project management
- Team management experience and ability to motivate teams
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a strong customer and results orientation
