What you will do:
- Develop and execute the state sales plan to achieve revenue targets and increase market share through direct sales and effective collaboration with dealers, surgeons, and distributors.
- Drive regional profitability by closely monitoring and improving the Gross Margin Relative Index (GMRI).
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives and sales targets.
- Lead and execute product launch strategies to ensure strong market adoption and penetration.
- Conduct detailed territory analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline planning, and proactive lead management.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, KOLs, dealers, and industry stakeholders to drive sustained growth.
- Deliver value-based selling by leading negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Identify competitive trends, risks, and opportunities, providing timely and actionable market feedback.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while ensuring operational excellence, compliance adherence, inventory control, and process optimisation.
What you need:
- Graduate/Post-graduate degree; MBA preferred, with 8–13 years of sales and marketing experience, ideally in medical devices or capital equipment.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven people management experience with a consistent track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets.
- Strong expertise in sales leadership, dealer/channel management, key account management, and territory planning.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong business and financial acumen.
- Results-driven, self-motivated professional capable of independent decision-making, managing complexity, and leading with minimal supervision.
