As part of the centralized Workforce Management (WFM) team, this role supports reporting, analytics, and strategic workforce transformation initiatives across Operations and partner business organizations. The position plays a critical role in delivering standardized metrics, automated reporting solutions, bench and support analytics, redeployment frameworks, and workforce insights that enable senior leaders to make informed decisions.
Given the high volume of requests received from senior leadership across Operations and other business segments, this role is essential for ensuring continuity of key WFM priorities and strategic initiatives planned for 2026.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance WFM reporting solutions and dashboards to support business and operational decision-making
  • Deliver workforce analytics, capacity planning insights, utilization reporting, and performance metrics to leadership teams
  • Drive metric standardization across multiple business segments and operational teams
  • Design and automate recurring reports, scorecards, and dashboards using reporting and visualization tools
  • Support development and maintenance of bench management and support resource tracking dashboards
  • Analyze workforce trends, productivity, capacity, and resource allocation data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Support workforce redeployment frameworks and transformation initiatives through data-driven recommendations
  • Partner with Operations leaders, Finance, HR, and Business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Ensure data accuracy, reporting governance, and consistency across all WFM deliverables
  • Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and business reviews for senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation and process optimization
  • Support ad-hoc analytics requests from senior leadership and business stakeholder

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Reporting, Analytics, Business Analysis, or related functions
  • Solid experience in reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting Workforce Management functions in large-scale operations environments
  • Experience with reporting automation and process improvement initiatives
  • Experience supporting strategic transformation projects and workforce optimization programs
  • Knowledge of capacity planning, forecasting, resource planning, utilization tracking, and productivity metrics
  • Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Power Query, or similar analytics tools
