Supervise assigned centers, guide teachers and field staff, conduct field visits, ensure program quality and policy compliance, review attendance and leave, coordinate with departments, manage resources, maintain stakeholder relationships, submit reports, support recruitment and employee development, and resolve operational issues.

Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of employees.

Resolve operational issues and ensure timely corrective actions.

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Graduation/B.Ed/M.Ed/MSW or Equivalent
