Winter Internship 2025
Now we are kicking off our 2025 Winter Internship program and are looking for graduate and final year undergraduate data-oriented students in the field of business or IT/engineering.

Being a part internal IT team means being surrounded by professionals with broad experise in data, business systems, IT consulting and internal development.
Our colleagues across the organization need to make crucial decisions every day. As the basis for making those decisions, they require quick, intuitive, meaningful, correct, and consistent data – available in (near) real-time. You will have opportunity to work with large DWH systems and preparing visual reports.
Mentors will guide you through the internship program and after the internship program ends, you can get a chance to land your first job at Infobip.
At our two-month Data and Analytics internship program, you will:

Work on actual real-life data and analytical problems with top technologies - work could include data gathering/clean-up, data and process analysis, reporting/development, collaborating with internal teams, stakeholder needs/risks analysis, etc.

Learn about business processes and cross-departmental cooperation around data and internal systems topics
-
Work with enormous amounts of data and get introduced to end-to-end flow of how we obtain, manipulate, and use that data
-
Work with major business (intelligence) software like Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, etc. and learn about Infobip’s products
-
Contribute to your team's services and directly impact the quality of operations

Work in an agile environment and learn about agile methodologies
You will fit in if:
-
You are primarily curious, you like to dig around various software and explore data
-
You are a graduate (MA) or final year undergraduate (BA) student of IT/engineering or business-related field (e.g., Computer Science, IT Management, Mathematics, Information Sciences)
-
You have a wide range of IT interests (e.g., knowledge of querying languages, programming logic, computer networks) and coding experience in any programming/scripting/query language (e.g. SQL, Python, Spark)
-
You want to understand both the technical and business side of problems
-
You have valid student rights from Studentski centar (can work on student contract during and after the internship)
-
You are available to start the internship in Zagreb on February 10th, 2025

You can work mostly full-time after completing the internship
You will stand out if you:

Participated in student projects, Hackathons, workshops, or other relevant activities
-
Have already participated in some internship programs
-
Have a GitHub profile with some projects to show
-
Are fluent in English, and you speak it at a conversational level
Internship timeline:
-
December 15th – application deadline
-
By the end of December – online testing
-
January - selection process feedback and interviews
-
February – start the internship program with a one week onboarding program and after that, you will continue working with a dedicated mentor

April - end of the Internship program
Although we currently have openings for various internship programs, you can only apply for a maximum of two positions!
