We are seeking a Product Manager based in Zagreb to drive our vision with the development team and broader stakeholders in the company for our Software Supply Chain Security (SSCS) Product, Spectra Assure. The role includes defining features, writing detailed user stories, partnering with engineering and threat research to ensure flawless execution, and launching new capabilities by collaborating with marketing, sales, and our customers. What you will do

  • Collaborate with product leadership to define the product vision, growth opportunities, and overall roadmap for the product
  • Create detailed user stories based on customer use-cases and technical product requirements
  • Plan and prioritize the feature backlog for development to deliver maximum performance aligned with business strategy
  • Work closely with development and program managers to ensure that requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly communicated
  • Work with go-to-market teams to produce collateral and technical enablement for the product
  • Promote the product to customers and the broader market at events and forums with blogs and videos
  • Support interactions with customers, sales, and customer success
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive market landscape and feature sets for the product
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and deliver collateral and training to solve go-to-market issues for the product.
Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience as Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Experience and skill managing products at some stages of the life cycle (incubation, growth, maturity, etc)
  • Outstanding attention to detail, communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn new things independently
  • Creative thinker with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and note-taking skills
  • Expertise with Google Docs or Microsoft Office
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and technology risk management workflows
  • Prior experience in application security (AppSec) or software supply chain security (SSCS)
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
