Job description:

Business Intelligence

  • Maintain and optimize existing BI data architecture, ETL processes and Tableau data models and reports.
  • Design and develop additional data marts, pipelines to ingest, cleanse, transform, and integrate data from various sources into data warehouse.
  • Create and own BI reports that show business insight.
  • Vigilantly monitor data quality, accuracy, and completeness to ensure that reports and analyses related to sales, marketing, and finance are reliable and trustworthy.
  • Perform complex analysis on large data sets using appropriate data analysis techniques and tools with a strong focus on quality.
  • Ensure and guarantee that data infrastructure is scalable, secure, and reliable, allowing for seamless integration into business processes.
  • Work with team members to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Evaluate and provide estimates for relevant parts of the project.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data definitions, business rules, data governance policies and technical design.
  • Master the skills of your field and pass them on to other colleagues.
  • Keep updated with the latest tools and technologies in data engineering and business intelligence.

Business Systems

  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding from GTM systems (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zoominfo, Gong.io, Zoom, etc.).)
  • Offer first-level support for GTM systems, including troubleshooting issues and resolving basic user requests.
  • Assist in ongoing projects and implementations related to Salesforce customization, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans for GTM system changes and new implementations.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation and reference guides related to GTM applications.

Bonus points:

  • Experience with Azure BI tools (Synapse workspace, Azure SQL Database, Storage Account (data lake)) 
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
Requirements
  • High school education, Bachelor's degree, undergraduate and graduate university study or integrated undergraduate and graduate university
    study or specialist graduate professional study of a technical major
  • At least 1 year of work experience on BI projects
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with some of the ETL tools (Microsoft Azure or on-premise tools, Informatica, AWS Glue…)
  • Experience with some of the reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Reporting Services, SAP BO…)
