- Publish data reports: collect and analyze data using the Qualtrics platform, produce visualizations, write reports, and help publish them.
- Support XM Catalyst research through background research, scheduling interviews, and assisting with analysis, editing, and graphics.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to market XM Institute content and manage digital content initiatives.
- Track thought leadership in the XM industry and conduct topical research to keep our materials relevant.
- Provide broad support to the XM Institute team across various projects and tasks.
- Help create XM guidebooks and adapt content from XM Institute thought leadership for use across different experiences.
- A B.A./B.S. with a strong academic record (major is not important).
- Experience or activities demonstrating leadership.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and the Qualtrics platform.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
