Job Description
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Workplace Specialist to join our Greek business. Reporting to HR Manager Greece, you'll be the go-to person for all things well-being, facilities, and fleet management, plus you'll get to dive into some cool HR projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong multitasking skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Well-Being Wizard
- Dream up and roll out awesome well-being programs that keep our team feeling their best.
- Be the champion of mental, physical, and emotional health resources.
- Host fun wellness events, workshops, and activities that get everyone involved and excited.
- Facility Fun Master
- Keep our office running smoothly and looking fabulous.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to make sure everything's in tip-top shape.
- Build great relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure top-notch facility services.
- Fleet Guru
- Manage our fleet of vehicles like a pro, ensuring they're safe and ready to roll.
- Juggle vehicle assignments, usage, and scheduling to keep things running efficiently.
- Keep an eye on fleet expenses and budgets, making sure we're getting the best bang for our buck.
- HR Project Hero
- Jump into various HR projects, from recruitment to onboarding and employee engagement to digital document management.
- Collaborate with the HR team to keep improving our processes and practices.

For this role as a Workplace Specialist Greece, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in well-being programs, facility management, and/or fleet management.

Super organized and great at multitasking.

Stellar communication and people skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

Fluency in Greek and English, written and spoken.
