The Lead will collaborate closely with both operational and transformation business and MDS teams (across global, region and BU) to ensure seamless business continuity throughout significant technology deployments and services.
Key Responsibilities:
As the strategic regional MDS Commercial Planning lead for Europe, you will:
Strategic Technology Leadership:

  • Maintain a holistic understanding of our commercial planning platforms' functional and technical state, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and ensuring designs support critical business unit (BU) needs, including feature capabilities, exception handling, and integration across local and global platforms.
  • Proactively lead the standardization and reuse of core RGM technology capabilities throughout the region, fostering harmonization and maximizing reusability.

Digital Transformation & Roadmap Execution:
  • Oversee the MEU-wide digital capability and solution roadmap for all RGM levers from a technology perspective, including Promotion, Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Mix, and Trade Terms solutions.
  • Drive discussions and prioritization exercises to support and enable RGM products and processes to accelerate Net Revenue (NR) growth across Europe.
  • Collaborate with Global & MEU Sales CoE, MDS Sales RGM, MDS BU leads, and key markets to advance the end-to-end RGM digital transformation agenda.
  • Maintain the digital sales technology roadmap for the region, aligning with the latest strategic directions and emerging opportunities.

Project Delivery & Continuous Improvement:
  • Partner closely with MDS Business Unit (BU) and business stakeholders during global or regional solution deployments, ensuring adequate resource alignment for testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  • Lead and support key strategic initiatives, such as promo analysis and optimization exercises (e.g., throughout 2026 in Poland and other markets), focusing on doing this (more) in-house with successful implementation and repeatability.
  • Support the continued evolution of PEA (Post Event Analysis) solutions in existing markets (e.g., UA, KZ, as well as WTR) and manage their rollout to new markets (e.g., CEE and Nordics).
  • Conduct adoption review of markets with established TPM digital foundations (e.g., UK, Nordics, Baltics, SCE, Iberia) to identify innovation opportunities and drive continuous improvements, in partnership with the MEU RGM CoE and market RGM teams.

o9 Program Leadership & Data Strategy:
  • Lead and support critical aspects of the o9 program implementation for MEU sales, ensuring successful data strategy, integration, and quality across the region regarding commercial drivers and sales business processes.
  • Guide the identification of appropriate templates for data input, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems (e.g., GCP, TPM, Local) and o9.
  • Champion regular data quality checks on aligned data points and support the definition of harmonization rules across various data sources (e.g., Nielsen, ePOS, promo) for product, customer, and time dimensions.
  • Partner with business teams on data collection strategies and defining the correct cadence for data acquisition.
  • Facilitate GCP integration to ensure it serves as a reliable source for all future RGM products in MEU.

What extra ingredients you will bring:
  • Commercial Planning & RGM Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Commercial Planning and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) processes, strategies, and solutions within the Consumer Packaged Good industry (CPG).
