About The Role:

YipitData is looking for a full-time Employee Experience Associate to provide critical support and high quality service to our Employee Experience Team. This role will report to our Sr Employee Experience & Facilities Manager and be required to work out of the New York Office for up to 5 days (Monday-Friday) a week. In this role, you will partner with our onsite team members, complete daily operational tasks, and help implement and execute projects that drive culture and engagement.

As Our Employee Experience Associate, You Will:

  • Be the face of our Headquarters by greeting visitors, and receiving deliveries/mail
  • Manage our office access, room booking, guest keycard systems 
  • Develop and manage continuous and ad hoc engagement opportunities for employees, both in our offices and remotely. Examples of this include: 
    • Monthly coffee chats 
    • Happy hours (office/remote)
    • Virtual team building experiences (i.e. poker night, cooking class, game show, etc)
    • Holiday events (parties, remote engagement) 
    • ERG event support (event booking, ordering, general planning support)
    • Importantly, this person will have the opportunity to develop many more of these opportunities!  
  • Set up conference rooms and provide onsite event management support, as needed
  • Order kitchen, office, and other supplies and assist with cost optimization efforts
  • Forward cleaning, IT, and building requests to the necessary contact and ensure tasks are completed, as appropriate
  • Create meaningful relationships and feedback opportunities with employees 
  • Oversee miscellaneous work-related tasks as requested

You Are Likely To Succeed If You:

  • Have a minimum 2 years of experience in event planning/management 
  • Can work onsite up to 5 days per week (this position will start as five days mandated in office, with flexibility available after procedures are established)
  • Demonstrate positivity and a professional approach to all situations, including (or especially!) challenging ones
  • Have a willingness to be experimental and try new approaches to problem solving
  • Have exceptional prioritization and time management skills
  • Are self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable
  • Are organized and detail-oriented

  • The annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $60,000-70,000. The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.
