Startups don't succeed because everything goes according to plan—they succeed because talented people figure things out. That's what Cie's team does every day. As a startup incubator and enterprise growth partner, we help entrepreneurs and organizations turn ambitious ideas into thriving businesses. From launching new ventures to accelerating growth for established companies, we thrive at the intersection of entrepreneurship, innovation, and execution.
We're looking for someone who is energized by variety and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate is someone who anticipates needs before they arise, catches the details others miss, approaches challenges with creativity, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done. They contribute to the heartbeat of the office by building genuine relationships across all levels and keeping countless moving pieces running seamlessly behind the scenes.
At Cie, you won't just watch companies grow—you'll grow alongside them.
