About the Role
We’re looking for someone who quietly becomes one of the most important people in the office.

This role is for a builder - someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems before they become problems, and making sure teams can focus on doing their best work because everything around them just works.

You’ll own workplace operations for our Mumbai office and become the go-to person across logistics, vendors, travel, assets, employee experience, and office management.

This isn’t a maintenance role. You’ll help build how we operate as we scale.

What You’ll Own

Workplace Operations

  • Run day-to-day office operations and ensure the workplace runs smoothly

  • Coordinate with building management and external service providers

  • Manage office supplies, procurement, equipment, and workplace readiness

Travel & Employee Support
  • Coordinate flights, hotels, local travel, and related logistics

  • Support onboarding logistics including desks, assets, access cards, and employee readiness

  • Be the first point of contact for office-related support and problem-solving

Asset & Inventory Management
  • Maintain inventory across laptops, accessories, and office equipment

  • Coordinate allocation and recovery of assets

  • Track inventory requirements and support hiring readiness

  • Ensure records remain accurate and updated

Administration & Governance
  • Maintain admin documentation, contracts, invoices, and records

  • Support expense tracking and office administration processes

  • Coordinate shipments and movement of company-owned equipment where required

Employee Experience
  • Help organise office events, celebrations, team moments, and offsites

  • Contribute to creating a workplace people enjoy showing up to

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in workplace operations, administration, facilities, or office management

  • Someone highly organised with strong follow-through

  • Strong communication skills - you’ll work with almost everyone

  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup where priorities evolve

  • Resourceful, practical, and able to solve problems independently

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace and basic operational tools

  • Prior startup or technology company experience is a plus
