As a Working Student in our CX Field Operations team, you will support the customer allocation process for our Professional Services department.
Acting as a key interface between our Sales and Implementation team, you will ensure all customers are assigned to the right project manager to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience. Your responsibilities will include coordinating customer handovers, maintaining accurate allocation records, data analysis and assisting with the optimization of our operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project handover details submitted by Sales in Salesforce
- Allocate new customer projects in Rocketlane, our project management tool, on a daily basis
- Assign projects to Implementation Managers or Project Managers based on specialist skillsets, project requirements, and current capacities
- Monitor and report on incorrect or incomplete handovers, ensuring issues are addressed promptly
- Reallocate projects in cases of team member absences, leaves, or customer complaints to maintain smooth project delivery
- Maintain oversight of general team capacities and support capacity planning and reporting
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Implementation teams to clarify missing information or special requirements
- Support the optimization of current processes and interdepartmental communication to improve overall project handover and allocation efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of all project allocations and update relevant systems accordingly
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field
- Data-driven and diligent in handling information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable, and a team player
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar) is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
