Due to increased growth and the recent implementation of a new payroll system we’re looking for a Workforce Scheduler to join the Sodexo team on a Fixed Term 6 Month Contract. This role will be working Monday to Friday in our head office in Balcatta with flexibility to work from home once a week.
Reporting into the Workforce Scheduling Lead, this position is responsible for effectively sourcing labour from our contingency and agency relief pools to meet staffing demands across our WA sites.

You will consider yourself a well organised, self-motivated individual and a customer service professional. You are an experienced administrator with excellent Excel knowledge and are ready to work in a fast-paced environment with a great team! This role would suit someone from a site admin, mobilisation or recruitment background.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- An excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel & Outlook
- Understanding of rostering principals
- Relevant experience in same or similar industry, FIFO experience preferred
- Excellent planning & people coordination skills
- Strong communicator who contributes to good working relationships
- Organised with effective time management skills
- Experience in a Payroll or Employment Relations role (desirable)
