What you need to know about this position:

• Maintenance and update of the Onboardings agenda for Colombia for payroll, benefits, HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and PEX (People Experience).
• Exhaustive review of new employee onboarding documentation. Through the verification of the completeness and accuracy of the required documents. Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and procedures.
• Communicating with relevant employees and departments to resolve any discrepancies or concerns.
• Proper recording and archiving of reviewed documentation for future reference.
• Coordination and management of the process of registering new employees for social security in Colombia through the collection and verification of the required documentation for affiliation to EPS (Entidades Promotoras de Salud) and ARL (Administradoras de Riesgos Laborales).
• Compliance with the requirements and deadlines established by the social security entities.
• Communication with employees to provide guidance and support during the enrollment process.
• Follow-up to ensure that all employees are properly enrolled and receiving the corresponding benefits.
