At Coforge, we are looking for Workforce & Resource Deployment Analyst (22192) with the following profile.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end resource deployment processes, ensuring alignment between workforce availability and project requirements.
- Maintain and update resource allocation and project assignments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established processes.
- Monitor bench management, tracking available resources and identifying placement opportunities.
- Track demand pipelines and staffing needs for local and international client projects.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to ensure workforce visibility and accurate resource planning.
- Ensure adherence to workforce management processes, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Generate reports and dashboards related to resource utilization, bench status, and demand coverage.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of workforce management best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Workforce Management, Resource Planning, or similar roles within IT services or nearshoring environments.
- Strong understanding of demand management and staffing dynamics in client-facing environments.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher), written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach.

- Experience working in multinational or cross-border IT services environments.
