Position Summary
The Workforce Coordinator is an Associate Manager-level role responsible for coordinating and enhancing Workforce Management (WFM) practices across multiple sites. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency through effective workforce planning, data-driven insights, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
The position leads workforce analytics and supports forecasting and scheduling processes, ensuring optimal resource allocation and service delivery. It also plays a key role in coaching and developing WFM team members, promoting consistency and best practice across the function.Key Responsibilities
· Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Workforce Management (WFM) strategies, policies, and procedures
· Lead workforce analytics and performance reporting to support data-driven decision-making
· Support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of WFM tools, including forecasting, scheduling, and workforce planning systems
· Partner with Operations, Planning, and other stakeholders to identify performance gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
· Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting efficiency, productivity, and service levels
· Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for leadership teams
· Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on workforce objectives
· Coach, mentor, and guide WFM Analysts and WFM Supervisors to build capability and ensure consistency in practices
· Support change management initiatives and drive adoption of new WFM processes and tools
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Workforce Management, including leadership of WFM Analysts and Supervisors
· Demonstrated experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
· Proven ability to influence stakeholders and support decision-making through data
· Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
· Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, dashboards, and automation
· Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools (desirable)
