The workforce AI Enablement Specialist will play a role in translating emerging AI technologies into practical opportunities for SCOR. This includes monitoring AI market trends, identifying relevant innovations, evaluating new AI solutions against SCOR’s business needs, strategic priorities, governance framework, security requirements, and responsible AI guidelines, and supporting the onboarding of selected solutions from assessment through adoption readiness.
A major focus of the role will be to support employees and business teams in their AI adoption journey. The workforce AI Enablement Specialist will contribute to change management and enablement activities by developing guidance, best practices, training content, and coaching sessions tailored to different user groups and levels of AI maturity.
This role will help employees understand how to use AI tools effectively, including through prompting, agentic AI use cases, and responsible usage principles, while also collecting feedback and identifying opportunities to improve adoption and user experience.
Overall, this role contributes to ensuring that SCOR remains aware of, prepared for, and able to benefit from the rapidly evolving AI landscape. It supports the organization in scaling AI usage responsibly, increasing workforce productivity, and turning AI innovation into practical, compliant, and sustainable business value.
The role will report to the Head of Workforce AI Delivery to align AI awareness, adoption, onboarding, and enablement activities with SCOR’s Workforce AI roadmap, strategic priorities, delivery framework, and governance requirements.
ResponsibilitiesAI Market Watch & Technology Intelligence
- Monitor AI market trends, emerging technologies, vendors, and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for new AI use cases, solutions, and strategic partnerships.
- Assess the potential business impact of emerging AI technologies.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory, ethical, and governance developments related to AI.
Solution Onboarding Analysis and Adoption Support
- Evaluate new AI solutions and assess their business relevance, usability, risks, and expected benefits.
- Support solution onboarding processes from evaluation through deployment readiness.
- Identify user needs, adoption barriers, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop recommendations for solution rollout and change management.
User Support and AI Adoption Enablement
- Act as a primary point of contact for AI solution users.
- Provide guidance on best practices, use cases, and effective AI utilization (prompting and agentic).
- Support troubleshooting and issue escalation processes.
- Promote responsible and compliant AI usage.
Coaching, Training & Awareness Sessions
- Design and deliver AI awareness and coaching programs.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on learning sessions.
- Develop learning materials tailored to different user groups and maturity levels.
Support leadership and teams in understanding AI opportunities and limitations.
AI Capability Communication and News Reporting
- Communicate new AI capabilities, platform enhancements, and innovation opportunities.
- Translate technical developments into business-relevant memos.
- Prepare regular updates for stakeholders and end users.
- Maintain communication channels dedicated to AI innovation and awareness.
Required experience and competencies
- At least 5 years’ experience in Tech or AI / Machine learning Engineering
- Deep adoption of AI technologies (GenAI coding assistant, agent design, etc.)
- Confirmed experience in training / coaching on AI subjects
- Ability to translate enterprise AI strategy into practical AI solution landscape.
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering, workflows and emerging agentic AI concepts in order to provide basic support to the end-users.
- Ability to assess off-the-shelf AI tools from business, adoption, security and risk perspectives.
- Understanding of a global reinsurance company and domains such as L&H, P&C, Risk, Finance, Operations, Legal and Compliance is a plus.

- Master’s degree (Ph. D. is a plus) in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Actuarial or similar quantitative field
