- Partner with key stakeholders to document business and system processes to inform system design and configuration.
- Support and execute the testing strategy, including the development of end-to-end test scenarios and testing guides to support process owners to perform end-to-end testing.
- Support and collaborate on Change Impact Assessments (CIA) to evaluate business impacts and develop mitigation plans.
- Contribute to the development of training materials, user guides, and job aids to support adoption.
- Support Workday configuration across key functional modules that are part of the project scope as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Workday implementation or HRIS project roles.
- Hands-on experience with at least one full-cycle Workday implementation, ideally across multiple modules.
- Good understanding of Workday configuration, testing practices, and business process design.
- Demonstrated experience with process documentation, testing strategy, and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with Change Impact Analysis, training development, and user enablement strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant project or communication tools e.g. MS Outlook, MS Office, Smartsheet, SharePoint and others.
