RequirementsWhat We Are Looking For
Join our growing HRIS team as a Workday Specialist. You will work alongside our team to maintain a strong HCM & Talent foundation while we partner together to launch Phase 2 (Time Tracking, Expenses, and Learning).
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)- Team Collaboration: Work with the Tech team to support day-to-day Workday operations
- Reporting Expert: Take ownership of the Report Writer tool. Build custom reports and dashboards that help the team and leaders track performance.
- Phase 2 Project Support: Be a key contributor in the rollout of new modules, specifically Time Tracking, Scheduling, Learning, workforce Planning and Expenses.
- System Health: Help the team with testing, data audits, and fixing bugs to ensure the system runs smoothly across the region.
- Documentation: Create simple user guides to help our employees across SEA use Workday more effectively.
RequirementsWhat We Are Looking For
- Workday Experience: 3+ years of experience in Workday configuration (specifically Core HCM and Talent).
- Technical Skills: Strong ability in Report Writing and Calculated Fields.
- Project Experience: You have been part of a team that has implemented or upgraded Workday modules before.
- Team Player: A proactive communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
- Language: Good command of English.
- Now: HCM, Absences, Recruitment, Comp & Advanced Comp.
- Phase 2 (Coming Soon): Time Tracking, Scheduling, Learning, Workforce Planning, and Expenses.
