Workday Project Management (PM)

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications are effectively aligned with organizational goals, while also addressing any challenges that may arise during the development process. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are not only functional but also user-friendly and efficient, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to enhance overall team performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality standards. - Actively participate in project planning and risk assessment to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Project Management. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations, Workday Core HCM. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Proficient in stakeholder management and communication to ensure alignment of project objectives. - Experience in application design and development processes, with a focus on user experience. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Workday Project Management. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required
