Requirements:
- Be the Workday subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Advanced Compensation
- Conduct working sessions with stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Assess actual stakeholder needs and propose recommendations and⁄or alternative solutions to meet stakeholder goals. Advise stakeholders on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy business requirements for Workday Advanced Compensation module while remaining flexible to stakeholders' changing needs.
- Lead, consult, execute, and prioritize conflicting demands on medium to high complexity projects across multiple, concurrent stakeholders without supervision for area(s) of expertise.
- Frequently discusses, and can articulate to stakeholders, lessons learned from previous stakeholder experience, Workday best practices.
- Manage the project scope, quality, and timeline for area(s) of expertise. Provide guidance, instruction, direction, and coaching to team members. Review team members' work as necessary to ensure quality.
- Perform research on problems, identify the true cause, and present/implement corrective measures to the stakeholder.
- Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.
- Meet key performance indicators set for this role (ex: utilization target, service level agreements, customer satisfaction scores, etc).
- Actively participate in the sales process, leveraging expertise to drive engagement and business growth.
Preferences:
- Workday Advanced Compensation and Compensation certification is a MUST
- With at least 4-7 years of Workday experience
- Led at least 2 cycles of Advanced Compensation launch.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and Core Compensation
- Deep Workday custom reporting, analytics and EIB and experience required.
- Knowledge of Workday security administration
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, strong data analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
