Requirements:
- Provide AMS support for Workday HCM, including Compensation and Absence business processes.
- Own and resolve HCM, Compensation, and Absence support tickets, including analysis, configuration updates, testing, and deployment.
- Engage proactively with clients to understand issues, provide recommendations, and communicate solutions clearly.
- Support Compensation cycles (merit, bonus, eligibility updates) and Absence processes as part of ongoing operations.
- Perform Workday release impact analysis and support regression testing for supported modules.
- Collaborate with AMS leads and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Maintain strong client rapport, acting as a trusted functional advisor.
- Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferences:
- Workday HCM certification – mandatory.
- 1–4 years of experience supporting or implementing Workday HCM, preferably in an AMS or post‑production support model.
- Functional experience in Compensation and/or Absence, including configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes, eligibility rules, and downstream impacts.
- Experience handling production issues, enhancements, and client queries in a structured support environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with client stakeholders.
