Requirments:
- Developing Product Expertise – Continuous learning, technical skill development, and initiative.

- Understand & Influence Impact – work with Product Owners to understand impact of planned work and recommend potential value drivers and how best to improve end user experience
Preferences:
- At least 2-4 years of experience in the areas of Workday HCM and Benefits is required.
- Demonstrated clear knowledge of global Benefits concepts and regulations, specifically including the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
- Detailed experience with Workday Benefits configuration, including direct experience owning or assisting with Workday Open Enrollment configuration and deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration. Being able to translate business requirements into technical solutions, talk through options, and help eliminate roadblocks.
- Demonstrated experience with Workday Reporting, including Custom Reports; and an understanding of how to build and apply Calculated Fields in Workday.
- Detailed experience with, and understanding of, Workday’s Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) platform and schema.
- Strong Excel skills. While most of the work will be in Workday, strong Excel skills are necessary for periodic data loads into Workday.
- Ability to work partial US hours and experience working in a multi-national corporation.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience working with ERP systems or enterprise applications
- Strong data handling and analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel
- Experience working in a ticket-based support environment
- Exposure to Workday PSA, project financials, or resource management
