The Workday Digital team at Huron plays a crucial role in driving digital transformation and implement comprehensive ERP solutions. In a leadership role you shall be responsible to develop and execute the strategic vision for the practice, aligning with overall business objectives and be responsible for overall practice growth. Our consultants, work across various industries and tackle complex initiatives to help clients thrive.
We are constantly pushing boundaries of the technology and finding innovative ways to make our deployments smoother and faster. We are seeking a skilled and innovative Workday Finance Consultant to join our team and drive successful Workday implementations using the Launch methodology.
Exp: 8 to 14 years
Certification: Workday Finance: R2R, module level certifications are highly preferable.
Requirements:
Lead Workday launch projects, acting as the primary liaison between North America and India teams.
Assign and manage project tasks based on skills, experience, and growth areas.
Workday Launch certification preferred; prior project experience is a plus.
Develop packaged solutions for efficient configuration.
Ensure accurate deliverables and timely task completion.
Provide daily status updates and clear reporting to North America.
Guide teams in configuring Workday, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
Preferences:
Assist the broader Financials team with Workday expertise.
Mentor India-based teams on troubleshooting and task management.
Provide constructive input to India and North America resources.
Reallocate tasks to meet project deadlines.
Deliver clear and professional documentation and updates.
Lead knowledge-sharing and documentation efforts.
Ensure compliance with Workday standards and optimize configurations.
