The Analyst II, HR Systems & Technology plays a critical role in supporting AMN’s Human Resources systems and data integrity. This position focuses on Workday HCM configuration, reporting, and integrations, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Payroll, and IT to deliver accurate data, efficient processes, and actionable insights. The role requires strong technical expertise in Workday, advanced reporting skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional communication for system enhancements and governance.
Job Responsibilities- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation) to support business needs and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and optimize reports using Workday reporting tools and Workday Prism; analyze data from multiple sources to advise business decisions and improve reporting iterations.
- Manage integrations between Workday and other systems, including API and FTP transfers; ensure secure and efficient data flow across platforms.
- Support quarterly data reviews and governance processes to maintain clean, accurate data structures.
- Partner with HR COEs, Payroll, and IT to understand requirements and deliver solutions for technology and reporting needs.
- Assist with system testing and coordination for upcoming projects, including migration to cloud storage (AWS or Google).
- Provide guidance and resolutions for critical HR system issues; mentor team members on Workday functionality.
- Prepare documentation and maintain compliance with data governance standards.
- Support organizational change management initiatives and HR technology projects as assigned.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) for supplemental reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 5–7 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9–11 years of experience.
- 2–4 years of hands-on Workday experience in HCM configuration, reporting, and integrations (Workday Prism preferred).
- Experience with HR systems and data governance in a large enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and HR technology best practices.
- Exposure to cloud migration projects (AWS or Google).
- Strong understanding of HR data structures and reporting governance.
- Ability to mentor peers and collaborate on Workday enhancements.
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$74,500 - $88,500 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
