Functional & Planning Skills
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining models in Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
  • Ability to design and optimize planning models, cubes, sheets, and dimensions
  • Expertise in workforce, expense, revenue, and CapEx planning models
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive Planning solutions
  • Knowledge of planning cycles, driver‑based planning, and scenario modeling
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Adaptive Planning formulas and expressions
  • Experience with Data Integration (Workday Integration Framework, Adaptive Loader, APIs)
  • Strong skills in data mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting data loads
  • Ability to build dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Adaptive Planning
  • Solid understanding of security administration (roles, permissions, access setup)
Workday Ecosystem Skills
  • Experience working with Workday Financial Management
  • Understanding of how Adaptive Planning integrates with Workday Financials, WD HCM, or external ERP systems
  • Ability to collaborate with Workday functional leads to maintain upstream/downstream data accuracy
Analysis & Reporting
  • Ability to develop and maintain complex financial reports and board‑ready dashboards
