He/She will report to the Plant Industrial Engineering Manager and be part of Luzzara’s Industrial Engineering team (14 People).
He/She will lead the Work Analysis team (7 people), steer results and support the growth of the department.
He/She will lead key transformational projects, in direct line with the Plant strategy and Plant management, to improve KPIs.
In a technically complex and challenging environment, He/She will need to balance both the necessities of flexibility and efficiency in Luzzara’s production plant.
Responsibilities of Work analysis dept:
- Time analysis & production balancing;
- Manage and reduce production contraints on a priority based approach;
- Coordinate the processing of the technical modifications in the ERP System (SAP) for new products or technical modification (routings maintenance);
- Coordinate work instructions creation & support the approval flow;
- Strengthen synergies with R&D for DFA efforts and constrains reduction;
- Lead A3s for Industrialization/Operations improvements;
- Highly recommended Engineering Degree;
- Minimum of 4-6 years experience in Industrial Engineering Context,
- Significant experience with Work Analysis processes and projects;
- Experience in leading teams;
- Pragmatic and priority driven;
- Preferred background in managing variability & experience in VUCA context;
- Lean mindset.
- Fluent in English
