Windows or Linux and Azure Administrator

What success looks like in this role:

• Support Azure services (IAAS and PAAS) services.
• Provide server administration support to windows / Linux OS, including memory dump analysis skills and performance tuning, Implementing and managing various Windows infrastructure roles/services like IIS, FTP, Telnet, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, WSUS, DFS-N, DFSR, NPS etc.
• Server security hardening which includes patching, antivirus, IPSec encryptions and implementing security policies.
• Develop IaC automation, and DevOps.
• Power-shell scripting to perform/automate various tasks.
• Develop repeatable solutions to drive operational efficiencies. 
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to manage and maintain cloud environments as per the requirements. 
• Troubleshoot issues in cloud and hybrid environments, providing solutions, RCA and mitigations. 
•  Identify and implement cloud optimization strategies to reduce costs for the customer workloads.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• 4+ years of Hands-on experience developing and managing cloud-native solutions in Azure. 
• 4+ years of experience in troubleshooting Windows or Linux server issues
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field 
• Hands-on experiences with core cloud services (storage, networking, firewalls, DNS, databases, applications, compute, container services) across Azure Cloud. 
• 3+ years of Hands-on experience in programming and scripting technologies like Java, Python, Groovy, Shell, Go 
• 3+ years of Hands-on experience in designing and developing IaC automation using terraform and ARM templates. 
• 3+ years Hands-on experience designing and developing CI/CD pipelines. 
• Hands-on experience in developing utility scripts and tools using python or shell.
