Key Responsibilities

You’ll manage the daily heartbeat of our wholesale operations, overseeing 3PL partners, inbound and outbound flows, and inventory transformations (like ticketing, re-kits, and DTC-to-wholesale conversions).

This role is all about precision, process discipline, and collaboration — making sure every retailer order ships on time, in full, and with zero errors.

  • Oversee daily inbound and outbound coordination with 3PL partners, ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate execution.

  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues within 24 hours, maintaining flawless communication between warehouses and cross-functional teams.

  • Maintain accurate weekly reporting for receipts, order fulfillment, and performance metrics.

  • Support inventory transformations (ticketing, labeling, re-kitting, DTC conversions) ensuring compliance with retailer specs.

  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Inventory, and Data teams to keep visibility and reporting aligned across channels.

  • Manage retailer-specific SOPs, test launches, and readiness for new accounts.

  • Drive automation of reporting and data processes in collaboration with BI teams.

  • Build strong relationships with 3PL partners — coaching for continuous improvement and accountability.

  • Ensure 100% operational readiness for new retailer launches, from process mapping to system validation.

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain coordination.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; thrives in high-volume, detail-driven environments.

  • Proven experience working with 3PLs, carriers, and warehouse teams.

  • Excellent communication and follow-up discipline — solution-oriented and proactive.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with ERP or WMS systems (NetSuite a plus).

  • Exposure to AI/BI tools and interest in process automation is a plus.

  • Working English proficiency; able to operate cross-functionally in a global, remote setup.
