Job Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy Global Accounts Manager to join our Wholesale and Global Accounts team. This is a pure hunter/new sales role, focused on acquiring new global customers, signing new contracts, and generating new revenue and margin for CEQUENS.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt and onboard new global SMS customers (Enterprise & OTT)
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and launch
- Sign new contracts and bring new logos into the business
- Own revenue and margin performance of acquired accounts
- Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, commitments, routing models)
- Work closely with routing, operations, fraud, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
What Success Looks Like
- New contracts signed with global Enterprise and OTT customers
- New revenue generated and scaled profitably
- Strong pipeline of qualified global wholesale opportunities
- Positive margin contribution to the overall business
Requirements
Education, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Strong track record in commercial negotiations and managing global accounts.
- 3–6 years of experience in SMS, CPaaS sales, or telecom business development
- Proven hunter mindset with a track record of new logo acquisition
- Strong understanding of A2P SMS pricing, routing, and wholesale economics
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Data-driven, commercially sharp, and comfortable owning numbers
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
