SUMMARY:
Provides excellent customer service and assistance to consumers and corporate clients. Will be in a call center environment assisting customers and clients regarding the establishment and maintenance of payroll deduction accounts and working as a team with other WesPay employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides assistance to account holders, finance companies by responding to inquiries by phone or mail, processing stop payments, distribution funds as requested.
Performs file maintenance as required through the Allotment Processing System.
Compiles, separates and distributes end of month reports and payments to clients.
Images documentation daily.
Inputs new authorizations through the Allotment Processing System.
Edits and updates customer information as received through company authorizations or customer request.
Distributes funds per authorized requests through check, wire transfer or Money Gram.
Completes batch import exceptions and resolve any issues.
Imports daily Fed files.
Releases MoneyGram through Kyck Global database.
Prints checks through check database for clients and consumers.
Imports/approves daily wire files through Cashflow.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank’s policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
