Programmierung und Bedienung der Fräsmaschine Hermle C30 U, Bearbeitungszentrum Haas, Drehmaschine DMG CLX 350 und Erodier-Maschine
Programmieren im Visi Cam
Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Erodier-Elektroden mit Visi Cam
Unterstützung bei Konstruktionen sowie Optimieren von vorhandenen CAD-Daten nach Vorgaben
Durchführung von Reparaturen, Wartung und Instandhaltung vorhandener Werkzeuge
Optimierung und Abstimmung von Spritzgusswerkzeugen
Herstellung von Neuwerkzeugen für den Kunststoffspritzguss
Qualitätskontrolle und Vermessung der Werkzeuge
Herstellung von Musterteilen
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung in der Metall-/Kunststoffverarbeitenden Industrie mit dem Schwerpunkt „Spritzgießformenbau“
CAD/CAM Kenntnisse
Zuverlässigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Hohes Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
