Builds CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automation, observability, alerting, and reliability improvements. Provides remote customer service support for Allegion affiliates by resolving requests involving orders, returns, warranties, pricing, availability, account credits, and product inquiries. Uses CRM and ERP systems to document interactions, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams, monitor cases, and meet service-level agreements. Requires product and process training, accurate communication, multitasking, and timely follow-up.

Designs and develops embedded hardware systems, including microcontroller-based products, power supplies, electromechanical components, sensors, communication interfaces, wireless modules, and multilayer PCBs. Performs protocol verification, RF and EMI/EMC testing, compliance and reliability validation, root-cause analysis, and manufacturing support. Collaborates with contract manufacturers and cross-functional technical teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Design, build, test, and maintain AI-powered solutions and automations using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, and APIs. Create conversational agents, prompt/RAG experiences, integrate systems via REST/OAuth/webhooks, support deployments, pilots, and user adoption while following Responsible AI and governance practices.

Tests software applications and systems by developing and executing test plans and scripts, analyzing workflows, documenting results, identifying defects, and recommending quality improvements. Collaborates with development teams to resolve software issues and improve product configuration for current and future modules while verifying technical and functional requirements.

Develops backend APIs using C# and Web API, designs RESTful interfaces, and builds cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The role requires software design patterns, architecture patterns, Git or Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and strong communication skills. Preferred experience includes ML/AI, Docker and container orchestration, event-driven architecture, Azure IoT, full-stack development, and Windows/Linux command-line tools.

Manages electronics supplier quality across PCBAs, motors, and wire harnesses. Conducts supplier audits and onboarding, evaluates manufacturing capability, drives PPAP and flawless launches, leads 8D corrective actions, improves quality KPIs, and supports new product development. Provides expertise in FMEA, capability studies, measurement systems analysis, control plans, error proofing, traceability, and run-at-rate activities. Collaborates with suppliers, engineering, procurement, operations, and commodity management, with travel to supplier locations required.

Designs and develops mechanical systems and components, collaborates with cross-functional teams, conducts testing and validation, ensures compliance with specifications and standards, and drives continuous improvement to improve reliability, efficiency, and performance.

Design and develop mechanical and electromechanical locking systems from concept through production and lifecycle support. Create Creo CAD models and technical drawings, apply DFM/DFA and GD&T, define tolerances and assembly methods, and support validation, certification, risk assessment, and compliance. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, product management, and supply chain teams to improve product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and security.

Supports product managers through market research, customer and product trend analysis, data interpretation, and cross-functional product initiatives. The intern will analyze business-system data in Microsoft Excel, help identify customer needs and product opportunities, and document requirements in market requirements documents and product requirements documents. The role also provides exposure to Allegion’s commercial business and product development processes.

Supports UX design and research for software products by creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, documentation, and UI components. Assists with interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, card sorting, research analysis, and design handoffs. Collaborates with product managers, developers, designers, researchers, and customer teams in an Agile environment while gaining experience with modern design tools, AI tooling, and coding agents.

Design, architect, build, deploy, and maintain software solutions for Allegion’s Core Services Business. The engineer will join the CIAM team, working on customer identity and access management, Auth0, identity services, authorization, and access management using C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and web standards.

Leads cross-functional, multi-location new product development projects from requirements through production. Establishes project strategy, schedules, budgets, resources, and execution plans while tracking risks, issues, costs, and timelines. Coordinates Product Management, Engineering, Design, Test, Finance, and Operations teams; resolves team issues, escalates risks, manages interdependencies, and presents status updates to senior management. The role supports mechanical and electronic product development and requires up to 20% travel.

Supports hardware engineering projects involving sensor and IoT technology design, prototype construction, testing, test-data analysis, PCB layout, design reviews, and project documentation. Works under experienced engineers while developing practical skills in circuit design, troubleshooting, and product development.

Provides phone, email, and messaging support for Allegion software, electronic, and access-control products. Troubleshoots customer issues involving mobile applications, credentials, networking, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and electronic devices; performs root-cause analysis, documents solutions in CRM and knowledge databases, manages service tickets, meets service-level agreements, and escalates issues when needed. Collaborates with technical services, sales, customer service, operations, distributors, facility managers, locksmiths, and IT leaders.
