Werkstudent Digital Solutions Financial Lines – Versicherung (w/m/d)

Für die Position als Werkstudent (w/m/d) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Frankfurt, München oder Hamburg.

Was Dich erwartet:

  • Projektmanagement-Unterstützung in der Financial Lines Abteilung sowie bei übergreifenden Projekten bzgl. Prozesseffizienz und End-to-End Lösungen, insbesondere im Underwriting Prozess

  • Umsetzung und (Weiter-)Entwicklung von innovativen Ansätzen zur Optimierung der Prozesslandschaft

  • Unterstützung bei der lokalen Umsetzung in DACH und speziell Financial Lines bei einem Prozess- und Systemtransformationsprojekt

  • Datenanalyse und -beurteilung von insbesondere Financial Lines-Portfolien

  • Erlernen erster Kenntnisse und Prozessabläufe im Underwriting und des Projektmanagements

  • Mitentwicklung von Front End Lösungen (z.B. Partnershops; Antragsmodelle) und Pflege in Form von Aktualisierungen (Anpassung Risikoappetit, Outputs)

  • Begleitung von Implementierungsphasen in Form von z.B. Testings

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Data and Information Sciences, Wirtschafts- oder Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge (internationale Erfahrungen von Vorteil)

  • Teamfähigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute Selbstorganisation

  • Fähigkeit, Probleme mit innovativen Ansätzen zu lösen und Interesse an neuen Techniken

  • Erste Kenntnisse von statistischen Modellen und grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse

  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse, VBA-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

  • Kommunikationsfreudigkeit, klare und präzise Ausdrucksfähigkeit

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
