In dieser Stelle wirst du folgende Verantwortlichkeiten haben:
• Mitarbeit in Industrial-Engineering-Projekten zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Produktivität
• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in der Fertigung
• Übernahme eigenständiger Arbeitspakete innerhalb der Projektteams
• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten sowie Werkzeugdaten in SAP und weiteren IT-Systemen
• Analyse, Aufbereitung und Auswertung von Produktions- und Prozessdaten
• Unterstützung bei Zeitaufnahmen und der Analyse von Fertigungsabläufen
• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Berichten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Projekte
Wer du bist:
Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, überzeugst durch dein freundliches Auftreten und kommunizierst effektiv in verschiedenen Situationen. Du arbeitest systematisch und sorgfältig und kontrollierst deinen Arbeitsfortschritt präzise.
Für diese Stelle brauchst du:
• Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder Technisches Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft)
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365
• Vertrautheit mit Projektmanagement-Tools und -Methoden
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Präsentationen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen, die dich von anderen abheben:
• Erste praktische Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
• Grundlegendes Verständnis von Produktionskennzahlen und deren Analyse
