We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Website Operations Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will serve as the central internal project manager for the company's public-facing website. The ideal candidate will be a master of organization and collaboration, responsible for overseeing the intake, strategic prioritization, and seamless execution of all website requests originating from various internal teams.
Their primary focus will be acting as the connective tissue between business needs (Marketing, Sales, Content) and the technical implementation teams (Engineering). This role is instrumental in optimizing our website delivery workflow, ensuring that all changes are aligned with the company's strategic vision, enhancing site performance, and ultimately driving our company's growth trajectory.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the single point of contact for all website requests. Manage intake, document business requirements, and translate non-technical requests into clear development stories.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Demand Gen, PLG, Content, SEO) to align requests with business objectives. Manage the backlog, define timelines, and communicate the roadmap.
- Streamline website operations and delivery workflows to ensure efficient, scalable processes from concept to deployment.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage website updates, maintenance, and new feature launches, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Facilitate regular syncs between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Manage competing priorities with transparency, advocating for solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Maintain a foundational understanding of the technical stack (CMS, basic front-end) to communicate feasibility, risk, and estimates without coding.
- Oversee QA for all changes, ensuring brand, technical, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO standards are met.
- Monitor website performance (speed, uptime) and collaborate with engineering to maintain a stable, secure, and scalable platform.
What We're Looking For:
- Native-level written and spoken English for detailed requirement documentation and clear stakeholder communication - a must
- 3+ years of proven experience in Web Operations, Digital Project Management, or a Web Producer role, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or B2B technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management/ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) for managing intake and backlog prioritization.
- Great communication and conflict resolution skills to manage competing priorities from diverse internal functional teams across multiple time zones.
- Proven experience working closely with content teams, managing content workflows, and ensuring efficient and error-free content implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from internal requests, understand the bigger strategic picture, and make data-driven decisions regarding project prioritization.
Additional Expectations:
- Strong working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript concepts) is a plus.
- Experience with Contentful and web performance monitoring tools is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
- Flexibility and availability to work outside of local time zones as needed to support global operations.
