We are looking for a highly skilled User Acquisition Manager to join the Navan growth team. You will own our performance activity for Navan Edge, driving growth through scalable acquisition strategies across social and search platforms. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven professional with 3–4 years of experience who can balance technical campaign management with high-impact creative intuition.

What You’ll Do

  • Multi-Channel Ownership: Lead the planning and execution of performance campaigns across social discovery channels.
  • App Growth & Optimization: Drive the end-to-end strategy for direct app-installs and web-to-app campaigns, optimizing every touchpoint from the first ad impression to the final signup.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize a rigorous analytical approach to monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and scaling opportunities.
  • Agile Performance Management: Utilize a rigorous analytical approach to monitor budgets and campaign performance, identifying immediate opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Experimentation & Innovation: Continuously test new audience segments, bidding strategies, and ad formats to stay ahead of market trends and competition.
  • Creative Strategy: Partner with creative teams to produce trend-aware video content and UGC, using data-driven insights to iterate on high-performing hooks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven UA Track Record: 3–4 years of experience managing large-scale budgets in a B2C or B2B2C environment from a leading SAAS company, with a primary focus on mobile app growth.
  • Platform Mastery: hands-on expertise in both discovery channels and SEM (Google Search). Extensive experience with YouTube performance campaigns is a significant advantage.
  • Growth Analytics: Demonstrated ability to analyze app-specific metrics to drive high-stakes optimization decisions.
  • AI & Tech Savvy: A passion for leveraging AI tools to accelerate processes and maintain a high-velocity workflow.
  • Analytical Precision: Strong proficiency in data tools to derive actionable stories from raw performance metrics and make high-stakes optimization decisions.
  • Mindset: An open-minded, agile professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with rapid experimentation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
