Mission:
The Webmaster is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing organizational websites to ensure high performance, reliability, security, and a seamless user experience. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, implementing content and technical updates, and ensuring alignment with business objectives, branding standards, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation, update, and publishing of web pages for editorial content, campaigns, promotions, and forms in line with defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal and regional stakeholders to gather content inputs, including localized translations, and ensure accurate and timely deployment of web pages.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing or CRM-related campaigns by ensuring timely setup, validation, and publishing of required assets.
- Collaborate with product, data, and content teams to support product launches, ensuring all required content and assets are updated and available for go-live.
- Prepare and manage master content translation files or templates required for localization and ensure timely delivery of translated content for multi-region websites.
- Ensure all web content adheres to brand guidelines, editorial standards, accessibility requirements, and SEO best practices (including metadata, heading structures, and on-page optimization).
- Proactively identify opportunities for improving website content, structure, layout, and overall user experience, and recommend enhancements to stakeholders.
- Manage incoming requests, issues, and enhancements through a structured ticketing or workflow system, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on reported bugs, technical issues, or content discrepancies, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure resolution and closure.
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of ongoing tasks, updates, and deployments to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Support onboarding and access management for internal tools or platforms related to website management, ensuring compliance with access protocols.
- Participate in regular team meetings or agile ceremonies to provide updates on progress, highlight risks or blockers, and align on priorities.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and development teams to address feedback, implement fixes, and ensure overall website quality and stability.
- Follow up with stakeholders for necessary validations and approvals prior to publishing content, ensuring accuracy and completeness before go-live.
